Are the motions watery or mucus like? the former may be due to intolerance of milk.
Where was the ulcer located? was biopsy taken from it? solitary rectal ulcer is a separate entity. Another common disease that can cause ulcer in large intestine is ulcerative colitis. That requires long term therapy.
