Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* Laparoscopic hysterectomy means dissection through laparoscope and then specimen retrieval from vagina by opening the vault.* Abdominal hysterectomy is separate entity with opening of abdomen from beginning and totally open surgery, no use of laparoscope. First one is less painful and gives early recovery than second one. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any f...more

It’s nice to hear that you want to reverse your diabetes, but to sorry to say, it does not appear to be the option in your case. The only time you might see a reversal is when an overweight patient undergoes gastric bypass which causes significant weight reduction and thereby having metabolic effect including reversal of diabetes.
You don’t belong to that category and as such My advise to you is try and get your sugar under control which is as good as having a reversal of the condition.

I think before going to have surgery you should go for proper homeopathic treatment atlst for 6 months, in that six months you could find what changes you have, generally fibroids are curable by proper homeopathic treatment, at this level of hb you should not go for surgery, rather take some food that have rich in iron which can increase your level and then you can think of it, but remember you should have some health hazards after hyterectomy,
