I think before going to have surgery you should go for proper homeopathic treatment atlst for 6 months, in that six months you could find what changes you have, generally fibroids are curable by proper homeopathic treatment, at this level of hb you should not go for surgery, rather take some food that have rich in iron which can increase your level and then you can think of it, but remember you should have some health hazards after hyterectomy,

I think you should not go for surgery now, take some iron rich foods so that your hb level increased, then you can think of it, I will advise you to go for proper homeopathic treatment atlst for 6 months, and observe what kind of changes your having at this period of time,
