Once the uterus is removed there is no bleeding like menstrual period at all. Just because of surgery slight bleeding may happen for a couple of days.

Acne in a pcos patient is difficult to treat. Need to do some basic investigations before starting of the medications for both the conditions. Only dermadew soap will not help you much. Have to asses the grade of acne .diet modification and wight reduction to be done gradually if overweight is a factor. Visit nearest dermatolgist. Thanks.
