Lactare tablets should be taken twice daily. Also drink lots of fluids and take Fenugreek and fennel in diet. There are no known side effects of Lactare.

Drink lots of fluids and put baby to breast frequently. Fenugreek and fennel seeds also increase breast milk and they can be taken for increasing breast milk.

There is no medically proven information that if you eat whey protein it increases milk and there is no magic to increase milk and keep on feeding the baby and as the baby feeds the milk will be formed.

Exclusive breastfeeding every 2-4 hourly, keeping mother with the baby will also increase milk production. Don't escape night feeds.
Increase your diet atleast double of what you took in pregnancy (350kcal extra needed), lactation period needs 720kcal extra.

Before conception you can use cabergoline to control the prolactin levels but now if you are using it it is the cause of having lesser floor so stop the medicine and try to feed the baby you will get good milk secretion.
