Dont worry haris, there will be pa8ns for atleast a week or 10 days as you are over weight, it is causing you more trouble after walk, do stretching before starting running.
Do walk for a week, then jogging fir 10 days then you can start running slowly, this wont be painfull.
Take good calcium and vitamins supplements, with walking and running try to do other strerching and strengthening exercises to keep yourself fit.

1. Malalignment of the spine & the intervertebral joints.
2. Weak supportive muscles around the spine.
3. Sudden trauma to the spine
4. Excessive muscle tightness, etc.
All these are issues that can be resolved with proper back care, posture correction and realignment, core stability exercises and stretching of tight muscles. It would be helpful if you can have an audio/video consul...more

Back pain is related mostly for improper posture and deficiency of vitamins and calcium.
If you have any kidney problem then the pain will be be at left or right side of the back.
