Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having body pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for knee pain. With knee exercises you will definitely feel better and muscles must be strengthened

Apply hot pack with local diclofenac application twice a day, do knee strengthening exercises, take calcium supplements, avoid steps and prolonged standing for few days.
Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take ultrasound therapy for a week, the pain will be reduced.

Hi Lybrate user ,the inability to bend or straighten the knee may be the result of a true locked knee (in which torn knee cartilage becomes wedged in the joint) or a pseudo-locked knee, pseudo locked knee occurs when severe knee pain triggers the knee muscles to spasm and contract. It is an automatic defense mechanism that the body uses to discourage movement of the knee. Restricting the knee in this way helps prevent further damage.

Knee pain: resisted terminal knee extension: make a loop with a piece of elastic tubing by tying a knot in both ends. Close the knot in a door at knee height. Step into the loop with your injured leg so the tubing is around the back of your knee. Lift the other foot off the ground and hold onto a chair for balance, if needed.
