Please do not do any body building activities for the next 4 weeks as shoulder dislocation will take minimum 4-6 weeks to heal. Recurrent dislocation of knee

Apply ice pack to the area of pain.
Follow mobilisation exercises ie keep moving your hands and leg in some. Form of exercises to avoid stiffness.
Simple exercises can be done.

if you do not have any instability that is you can't feel like you will fall while walking or running.it is ok that you don't go for surgery.
surgery is only indicated in case of instability in knee.you can do knee strengthning exercises for better stability.
