You are having secondary OA knee consequent to your previous injury
You have to take a AP and lateral X-ray of the knee. Initially you may have to take medications to reduce the swelling and pain, followed by a course of physio to strengthen the knee muscles and improve ROM
You may also require a knee brace if there is instability Depending on the stage of OA even intraarticular injections may relieve the pain
If the damage is severe a will be helpfultotal knee replacement.

partial tears do not require any surgery. Unless you have any mechanical symptoms like locking you can treat it conservatively. once the pain settles then you have to do quadriceps and hamstring strengthening exercises. avoid high impact activities like jogging on artificial terrain and contact sports.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
