My MRI report is Minimal knee effusion Partial tear if pcl Ligamentous sprain/low grade partial tear of acl Grade 2 miniscal signal (intrasubstance meniscus tear/medical degeneration) in posterior horn medial meniscus. So what I care for it and what I do.

partial tears do not require any surgery. Unless you have any mechanical symptoms like locking you can treat it conservatively. once the pain settles then you have to do quadriceps and hamstring strengthening exercises. avoid high impact activities like jogging on artificial terrain and contact sports.
