These are degenerative changes in the knee joint. You have not mentioned your present symptoms pertaining to this radiological findings. Anyways if you experience pain and stiffness in your knee joints, you should start on physiotherapy treatment. You need not worry about the x ray findings. Your disability can be cured with physiotherapy. You can start wearing a hinged knee brace.
