Static quadriceps and dynamic quadriceps, isometric quadriceps, all these are good exercise for strengthening of knee joint ,You can refer internet to know how these exercise are done, like static quadriceps is done by keeping a towel roll below your knee joint while sitting on a bed and then pressing the towel roll by your knee joint ,holding it for 10 secs and then release, do it for 10 times from each knee. These are degenerative changes in the knee joint. You have not mentioned your present symptoms pertaining to this radiological findings. Anyways if you experience pain and stiffness in your knee joints, you should start on physiotherapy treatment. You need not worry about the x ray findings. Your disability can be cured with physiotherapy. You can start wearing a hinged knee brace.
