In case you have hyperprolactinemia, then the most common cause is a Pituitary tumor. I am not sure if that will be anyway addressed by Homeopathic medications. As you both are thalassemia minor pt and have lost a child to thalassemia major, your wife should undergo chorionic villus sampling test at 10-12 weeks of pregnancy. This is an invasive test in which tissue from placenta is taken and fetal DNA analysis done. If the fetus is having thalassemia minor you can continue the pregnancy, if major you should terminate the pregnancy.

Hello, Persons with thalassemia minor have mild anemia with slight lowering of the hemoglobin level in the blood with iron difficiency. Right -chest pain is not connected with thalassemia, it might be due to gastric disorder. In both the cases ,follow the underlying natural norms:
