Less than 30 mg is normal. Thirty to 300 mg may indicate early kidney disease (microalbuminuria) more than 300 mg indicates more-advanced kidney disease (macroalbuminuria)

Lithotripsy can be done.
But please note there are many medicines which can crush and expell them. Cap. Crusher 2 twice daily for 9 days and syrup provided along with 2 tsf twice daily in one glass of water. Drink plenty of water daily at least 5-6 litre.

Neeri is very harmful in this sense that people think it might reverse their kidney disease. Kidney disease which are reversible, will improve by specific care only and not any proclaimed panacea. Those conditions which are irreversible, may be harmed by any unwarranted medication.
