If you don't have any symptoms and your stone size is decreasing, it's better that you should continue with medical management including plenty of water, avoid food with high urate/phytate content. You can continue with syp potrate mb-6 10 ml thrice a day. Follow-up repeat usg after 3 months.

As per my knowledge for renal stone they would go for lithotropsy and this is not that much major surgery which required blood transfusion. You should consult with other urologist. And one thing I will advice firstly you should try medicine for renal stone because homoeopathic and ayurvedic medicines are getting good results in these cases. If you feel ,can also search for nhc life on google.

There are two important points to be considered for oxalate stone
(a) drink enough fluids. The number one thing you can do is to drink enough fluids, like water. Drinking enough fluids will thin out your urine and make it harder to form crystals and stones.
(b) eat less oxalate-rich foods. Limiting the oxalate-rich foods you eat each day may help lower your chance of forming new oxalate stones and help in reducing the size of existing stones. There are some foods you should avoid because...more

After one week just give the followup to her and if it is needed further medication she will definitely provide you.

Very unlikely the cause may be by amlodipine, rather change your daily lifestyle like drinking adequate water daily, no or less junks, more of fibers and less carb diets. That will help you a lot. Also get one physician consultation regarding hypertension any change of dosages/ compositions.
