Your doctor may remove the stent in a few weeks. Most stone fragments that are not removed will pass out of the body within 24 hours. But sometimes it can take many weeks. If you have a large stone, you may need to come back for more treatments.

No heart disease. Its just psychological effect. Even using nexito for long term, it will cause very serious side effects. You can consult for homeopathic treatment. You can contact me. We can cure the anxiety issue completely. Triglycerides are slightly high, not an issue to be worried about.

Serial axial sections of the lower abdomen were taken after administration of oral and i/v contrast with a few plain sections taken in the roi. Bilateral adrenal glands are normal. Both kidneys are normal in size, shape and show normal post contrast enhancement. Small calculus, measuring approximately 3.0 mm is seen in the lower calyx of the right kidney. Similarly, small calculus measuring approximately 3.0 mm is seen in the upper calyx of the left kidney. Mild right pelvicalyceal system fullness is seen. Bilateral prompt excretion of contrast is seen. Bilateral ureters are normal. Urinary bladder is normal in appearance. Prostate is normal in appearance. Visualized gut loops appear normal. A few tiny nodes are seen in the retroperitoneal. There is no free fluid seen. Impression - ct findings are suggestive of: bilateral renal a few micro calculi. Is there anything serious? What precautionary measures should I take and what is the problem?

If left kidney is non functional on DTPA scan and there is persistent pain along with signs of infection then it’s better to get it removed. If there is no pain and no sign of repeated UTI then it can be left as it is.
