Hello lybrate-user ji this is not required any book, lets simple understand, at the time of urination if you sudden stop the muclses use to stop the urine observed than, this is the pc muscles, you just contract and relax the muscles in empty bladder.

Hi Lybrate user .kegel exercise is the exercise of the PC pubococcyx muscles of the lower abdomen of the body in this exercise you have to strengthen them, you can observe to touch this muscles example when at urination if you sudden stop yours urine then those muscles work to stop the urine that is the pc mucles.
