There is no harm in doing exercises, it's good for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and correct method of doing is keeping a pillow in between both the thighs and tighten your urine pathway and hold it for 25 seconds like this 10 times thrice daily and pillow should be kept in between the thighs while doing.
