Kiegels or pelvic floor exercises are basically meant for incontinence.
It also guides and tones external urethral sphincter.
Thereby having a proper command over kiegels doing helps in delay in orgasm and thereby helps in premature ejaculation.
But whether it works in erectile dysfunction or not is not documented.

Kegel exercise is a pelvic floor exercise and we need to regularly contract and relax the muscles supporting the pelvic floor and it needs to be done multiple times each day And her clitoris needs to be stimulated to get her an orgasm

Take a deep breath and along with it contract your penis muscles from inside and hold your breath and than release it and this needs to be done regularly- kegels exercise.

Hello Lybrate user. Kegel execise are pelvic floor strenghtening exercise. Lie straight on bed, knees fold put one pillow between knees try to press pillow with kness so that there ia contraction of urine muscles hold for few secs n then relax.

Kegel exercise, also known as pelvic floor exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor.
To strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, sit comfortably and squeeze the muscles 10-15 times in a row. Don't hold your breath or tighten your stomach, buttock or thigh muscles at the same time. When you get used to doing pelvic floor exercises, you can try holding each squeeze for a few seconds.

I kegel exercise you first have to bend your knees when you lying on floor or bed. Put pillow in between knees n then Press pillow with knees. Hold it for 10 secs n then relax then again Press.
Effect: helps to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.
Helps to reduce urinary incontinence problem Duration: 10 to 20 times hold 10 secs n relax time 2 secs.

Kegel exercise can improve your ejaculation timing but Jelqing can surely improve your erectile dysfunction if it is due to lack of muscle tone and over weight. Exercise done twice a day both in morning and evening will be beneficial.
Yes increase in body weight specially the belly fat reduces the blood supply of genitals making erection weak and unsustainable.
