Please do not do any body building activities for the next 4 weeks as shoulder dislocation will take minimum 4-6 weeks to heal. And also you need to do shoulder strengthening exercises which is very much important for you to recover totally and also in a rhythmical manner. 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

Recurrent dislocation of knee
patellar dislocation occurs when the knee cap slides out of the trochlea. When dislocation of the patella occurs on more than one occasion, it is referred to as recurrent patellar dislocation. The risk of further dislocation increases to almost 70% to 80% after two episodes of dislocation.
