You are too young, you can easily digest protein rich meal. You can add high protein rich meal likewise egg, milk and other dairy products etc. Take proper intake of water and beverages. You can also add juices or buttermilk for proper detoxification. Add soy chunks and drumstick to your pattern, a rich source of protein. Boiled legumes also will help you to regain healthy muscles mass.

Young man, medicines are no substitute for a healthy lifestyle. You must spend some time in exercises. Games like table tennis and badminton are quite absorbing and give good amount of exercise. Indulgence in yoga is still better. Take adequate balance diet.

Leg PainIf you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain.
