Hi. From the description it seems she may have secondary trigeminal neuralgia. It is caused when a tumor presses on a nerve root in the brain. She will need an mri and a neurosurgical opinion for further management.

Please check if it's due to any tooth or not. Visit a dental surgeon nearby, may suggest some radiographs and medicines. You don't need to worry, just try to reach as sooner as you can.

Hiii. Good morning. You can also take antibiotics for three days twice a day. Apply cold pack in that region extraoraly. Check if you have the habit of bruxism. Avoid getting stressed. After three days, swelling will reduce, if not follow up.
Thank you.

Hello Lybrate user. The jaw is locked in its position. It's seen in many patients. It may be due to bruxism, frequently chewing, stress, tempero mandibular joint disease. The treatment plan depends on the cause. Check if you have the habit of bruxism. Don't feel stressed. Take calcium and magnesium rich foods. Apply warm pack extraoraly. Gradually it will subside. Consult me for further treatment plans and procedures. Thank you.

Better to get Big xray called OPG for further evaluation of borderline fracture of jaws.
Also You may need Occlusal Guard that you will have to wear for maximum time.
