U need to increase ur BMI otherwise ur weight will not increase,so for this I have to do regular exercise,,do some yoga,,take high protein,,take cereals,take beans,take dates n raisins with milk,,take butter with bread,take peanut butter with boiled potatoes,take protein powder,take fatty fish,take red meat,take 4-5 bananna with milk,,this will help
