Do one thing make that test at early morning wid your first urine and if it nt makes you sure result then go for sonography.

First you need to get diagnosis for which Histopathology of endometrium (By D & C) and hysteroscopy should be done

You can do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test.

I think you should wait for a week and then get a urine pregnancy test done at a lab or visit a gyneacologist, as the symptoms are corresponding to a pregnancy.
