Since how many days is this problem? What all problems does she feel. There are some drugs which could stimulate exercise. I would like to know her current and previous weights so as to judge if she had lost too much. After all this information only I will be able to tell something. If I could see her reports that would aid in suggesting you something.

First of all increase your exposure to direct sunlight with body parts exposed. Drink only warm water. If vegetarian, consume more dairy products otherwise if non vegetarian consume oily fish.
Avoid eating dry fruits as they are antinutrients which deplete calcium reserves.
Have banana, oranges and black grapes.
Make sleep a priority. Get atleast 8 hours of sleep. Reduce consumption of raw foods such as salads.

For ejaculation problem, we need to find the root cause. Example
1. Neurological
2. Our habits (alcohol, smoking etc)

skin glow is nothing to do with dark colour.
any colour skin will glow if you are healthy from within and if u take care properly.
stop using soap on face and start a basic face wash. aloe Vera gel is good and it should be applied in good quantities and remove after 20 minutes. twice a day.
as you are only 15 years old you should not go for many creams , u can apply home remedies like turmeric powder, sandalwood powder, mix in some milk / curd ( if u don't have pimples) otherwise ...more

at your age, it is slightly unusual to be feeling tired. However according to your height, you need to lose 4-5 kg. Kindly start consuming more dairy products.
Avoid nuts, seeds or dry fruits because they contain phytic acid which is antinutrients. If consumed in large quantities causes mineral deficiencies.
Also if there is family history of diabetes, kindly get tested.
Avoid smoking if you are a smoker.
