Add pumpkin seeds, nuts, eggs, legumes broccoli quinoa etc. In your diet.
Has the doctor given any supplements. They may be of help if taken regularly if nothing works I suggest you take a personalised diet for a month.

Include these foods in your diet :
meat, such as lamb, pork, chicken ,
beans, including soybeans.
pumpkin and squash seeds.
leafy greens, such as spinach.
raisins and other dried fruit.
tofu.
