You have to go for some tests for finding out the source of deficiency. Like what is causing it. May be thyroid or some other other associated weakness. Take a few customised blood tests with help of a medical practitioner in the meantime.

This suggests iron deficiency.
You will need to start iron supplements.
But there are other reports required.
Especially some specific investigation to rule out serious diagnosis.
You can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment.
