Take iron rich food in diet. at thiz point u can control thiz by diet only. Take roasted chana with squeeze lemon juice on it. lemon contains vit c that will increase ur iron absorption. taking iron rich diet will help u. for one month take iron medicine with diet. u will get benefit.
