all multivitamins are available otc without prescription.
I assume you tested for vitamin b12 and vitamin d.
If your levels were found low, you can either go for capsule form or opt for injection route.
Vitamin d in particular is better if taken via injection as vitamin d capsules tend to cause side effects.
Vitamin b12 capsules, however, is easy on the stomach. You can opt for neurobion forte.

Dear lybrate-user, may I please know if you are vegetarian or non vegetarian. Because unfortunately b12 can only be obtained from animal sources. However, if you are vegetarian but drink dairy products, then its fine.
Vitamin d supplements usually donât help when taken orally as vitamin d can cause acidity like symptoms. It is better you get vitamin d through injection route.
