Treatment depends upon the grade of disease. Grade 1 &2 usually does not require surgery. Grade 3 & 4 may require surgery based on your symptoms. Avoid spicy, junk & oily food. Increase fibre content in your diet. Avoid excessive straining while defecation. You may use some laxative if you are having constipation.

Heamorrhoids or internal piles happens large due to constipation and absence of fibre in diet, she should not have problems during sex bcz of this ,but sometimes an aggressive sexual act can cause pressure on her rrctum and which in turn can induce pain and bleeding during sexual intercourse, so suggest her to take plenty of water to drink along with roughage or fibre diet. She may even use softowac powder before going to sleep in night for smooth bowels and no pain.
