Tightness of chest may be due to cardiac disease, lung disease, disease of the ribcage or pleura or even due to Acid peptic dsorder. Since you have been examined by a doctor he must have ruled out most of the physical causes. So probably you problem is either due to APD or stress/anxiety. You need medicaiton and counselling. At the age of 63 years, many medical illnesses need to be ruled out. Just MRI and CT normal are not enough. Fever is not a symptom of psychological disorder. May be feverish feeling. You have to inform about lot more details to diagnose.
