lybrate-user ji, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Some times regular skin infections like boils do occur in diabetic patients, more so if the control is not very good. It is difficult give any specific advise as you have not given all the necessary information like actual fasting, pp glucose, dietary details & extent of daily exercise as well as weight & height. Rest as much as possible.

Wear shoes that fit properly.
Wear a night splint, a special device that stretches the foot while you sleep.
Use heel lifts or shoe inserts to reduce pain.
