There are procedures like compression bandages, silicon gel or sheet treatment, intralesional steroids, excision etc. But none can be suggested without examination in proper. Hello, There are various options for keloids from silicone gel creams, intralesional steroid, 5Fu Botox, Cryo surgery etc. First you can start with intra lesional steroid injection once in 3 wks you may need 4-6 sessions for it to become flat.
