If bone has been broken then go for surgery and only dislocation is there then conservative tretment.

surgery can be done but they may re occur , you may use ointment contractubax bd, or intra lesional injection kenacort 0.2 ml once in 15 days plus pressure treatment.

Hello. Definitely it can be treated. Keloids have variety of treatment nowadays depending upon its size, position and response. There are procedures like compression bandages, silicon gel or sheet treatment, intralesional steroids, excision etc. But none can be suggested without examination in proper. You can definitely get rid of it, or at least decrease it in size, and prevent its recurrence.
