Is there any proper treatment for keloid? I got a big keloid on my chest by which I feel very uneasy by itching with pain. Please recommend any particular treatment for proper cure.

Hello, There are various treatment for Keloid from injection of steroid, 5Fu, botox, cryo therapy surgical excision. The first treatment to start is intra lesional Triamcinalone/ steroid injection every 3 wks for most it resolves with it itself you may need 4-6 sessions and later as and when it grows you can get injections.

Hello. Definitely it can be treated. Keloids have variety of treatment nowadays depending upon its size, position and response. There are procedures like compression bandages, silicon gel or sheet treatment, intralesional steroids, excision etc. But none can be suggested without examination in proper. U can definitely get rid of it, or at least decrease it in size, and prevent its recurrence.
