It may be simple dermatitis or infantile eczema and he will be able to treat this condition. If still your son does not get better then you should see a dermatologist. Most infants do not need to see an allergist. Only a few need to be reffered to an allergist which will be done by the dermatologist if necessary.

Hi ,Tooth usually erupt at 6-8 months. Babies are irritable and place everything in the mouth. Its quite rare for a tooth to erupt at 3 months. So, it would be better to first rule out the other possibilities.

Does your baby usually start crying from evening and after a feed? If so, its mostly infantile colic/ evening colic. Try burping your baby after the feed. you can also try making your baby lie on her tummy for sometime. If it doesn't subside, pls consult a pediatrician.
