There is a small risk but no need to discontinue the pregnancy. Get an anomaly scan at 4-5 months and decision will be taken depending on the reports.

Better to have scan to ruleout the duration of pregnancy if it is more than 2months with medcines abortion may not occur u have to go for surgical procedures
