Please practice alom-vilom/breath holdng exercise
start running in morning/exercise this will increase your breath holding capacity.
Secondly if you are anemic and or reside in very hot environment this can happen.

You may have asthma alongwith obstructive sleep apnea. Obesity may also cause your symptoms. Since you have a history of heart disease you need a cardiac evaluation alongwith pulmonary function testing. And a sleep study if you snore alot in night and you feel tired and sleepy during the day.

Yes some meds lead to sleepiness don't worry has the breathlessness gone down if not do aec and total serum ige and inform if breathlessness still there.
