I think these medicine will give you more chances of bad effects you taking medicine without exercise. It can further cause over weight, anxiety, weakness both physically and mentally. Better you avoid.

Eat 3 times a meal, do exercise 1or 2 hours a day, eat good food fresh, stay hygiene, drink lots of water, have peace, stay little busy both mentally and physically, sleep minimum 6 hours and maximum 9 hours.

Regular exercise and yoga should be done. Deep breathing exercises also help diet modification by avoiding fried junk processed canned and denatured foods. Sir stamina is made in gym. Yes u r right, Before starting running u should increase ur stamina also strength train ur leg muscles. Then only u will get output. For this u need to join gym for weight training. Do it for 50 mins, that too only twice a week. For details consult online
