Multivitamin will not help as you need to strength train your muscles. Do strength training exercises every alternate days.

Hi Vinay at your given height and weight you may be try to keep it below 80kgs , other than that practise will improve your stamina along with rich protein diet other than any thing else . Coming from banglore try having coconut water after every run .
