Hello, lack of sleep can cause irritation. Try to meditate and do some yoga exercises in the morning. Try to eat healthy food and avoid fast foods and oily foods which can aggrevate irritation try this for a week and if the problem still continues please consult for further workup.

2. Reduce body weight 3. No smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution
4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice

I think you are just overthinking about yourself and you are overexpecting from others. Focus more on your personality development rather than on others. Plan your day prior with small set goals, even if you r able to do 50% of your set goals for day its more than enough since you would gradually improve. Limit your social media usage daily and get into some physical activity daily since it improves your concentration. Accept the reality and go on with the flow .this is life.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
