Pain and bleeding during or after defecation may be because of anal fissure/haemorrhoids. As you are experiencing tag around anal verge, it may be external haemorrhoid or anal tag. I will suggest yuo some preventive measures
1. Avoid oily and spicy foods specially fast foods 2. Take high fibre diet having plenty of friuits and vegetables
3. Use laxatives/stool softener before going bed. 4. Drink plenty of water. 5. Do sitz bath twice/thrice in a day.
