Only if the tooth is grossly decayed, we will need to go for extraction of the tooth. After that you can go for dental implant. If the tooth can be saved, it will go for RCT and crown.

Dental implant can be placed in a patient with diabetes but with utmost care and precautions.
The patient must be under medication and the glucose level should not exceed the upper limit.
Also post implant placement care such as oral hygiene should be maintained.

Implant is an expensive procedure ,there fore it is difficult to find place where it is done free of charge. You can enquire from govt dental hospital or some charitable institution also do implants free of cost. Wish you good luck.

Dear lybrate user, space left empty by removing a tooth is not good because it leads to bone loss in that area. Also, the neighboring teeth and the teeth in the opposing arch also begin to show slight movement towards the empty space which disturbs the normal relation between upper and lower teeth. You are still at a growing age. Don't think of extracting your tooth and leaving the gap empty.

Unless I see I cannot correctly say the treatment for your problem. From your query I understand that your problem needs a gum specialist attention
which I can give you if you come here. If you can sent an opg of your jaws I can say what it is. Also you may need him surgery to correct
this problem.

It is your decision in implant you can do that one tooth without touching nearby tooth. Cost will high with implants, bridge will be less costlier.

First thing your brushing was improper that is why yellow color spots came on teeth. Next is if you had this problem before braces that should have been treated before starting with braces and proper scaling has to be done before braces.
