Hello lybrate-user,
why do you feel you need to improve your immune system? Let me know about that.
If you are asking in general I will suggest you stay natural and consume a healthy diet with a natural source of vitamin c.
If and only necessary I will suggest you chewable tablets of vitamin c available over the counter, for 2 weeks and make sure you drink plenty of water. 3-4 litres a day for your bmi.

You are an obese person. Get your fasting serum thyroid stimulating hormone level & an ultrasound of abdomen done to rule out hypothyroidism & fatty liver. Also start taking plenty of fruits & vegetables which do not increase body weight & also boost up your immune system.
