Agar xray mein cavity hey toh uski filling yah rct karwayiye, ye depend karega cavity kitni badi hey.
Agar cavity nahi toh sensodyne rapid relief/ vantaj toothpast/ sanqueal f toothpaste jo bhi aapko mil jaye usko lagye.
30 second tak laga ke rake and then brush kare.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Hi .these all r post covid complications. Loss of taste is one of the main side effects but with time it gradually becomes normal. No need of any medication. Just follow a healthy life style and diet. Keep your oral hygiene good. Things will recover fast.

What is the nature of the pain? If pain is intermittent without much discomfort then I think it may be due to eating something hard. If the pain is continuous then it is quite possible that the nerve is infected. Its better to get it checked out from a nearby dentist.

You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal.
