LVH itself doesn't need operation, it maybe some condition associated requiring surgery if someone suggested you that.

This report is normal.
RSR pattern suggests Right bundle branch block which is normally present in 80% peoples in presence of a normal heart.
Rest others are just age related changes and nothing to be worried about at present. Thanks.

But better to avoid it.

Hello, HOCM is a condition when your heart muscles get thickened abnormally and creates issues. Dilzem is not the proper medicine for that, Better to take some other more effective medicines. My father had gone through AVR surgery in June 2018. After the surgery doctors advice to take acitrom 1 mg & 2 mg alternatively. After 3 months when we revisited the hospital doctors suggested to take acitrom 2 mg regularly. What does that mean? Is this indicate improvement in his health or deterioration?

You must be hypertensive as this is one of the most common cause of LVH. If the thickness is not very high and you don't have a high diastolic dysfunction you don't have to worry.
In case if you are hypertensive then ace inhibitors or arb are the best suited medicine for you (if KFT and electrolytes are normal).
