Dear user this variation is due to intake of thyronorm so nothing to worry, yet its not the proper treatment as this meds once started you will need to continue fir lifetime with various variations in dosage and pause. Better start homeopathic treatment along with it and do not stop this meds of your own unless guided by doctor, and in due time you will recover with all your illness. Tc.

Your question is easy.
Yes hyperthyroidism does increase thirst.
It basically means high degree of metabolism of your body meaning all processes of your body are working more than a normal human.
Main symptoms are
heat intolerance
lean thin body (low amount of fat)
more sweating
tachycardia
high bp
but since you are taking your medications it's all fine.
For further queries you can consult me on Lybrate app.

Palpitation is the common symptom in case of Hyperthyroidism. It is due to increase in pulse rate in Hyperthyroidism. If it is not there after controlling thyroid level with medicine, that's good. I think there is no need of heart checkup at your age. Sometimes treatment is started with hyperthyroid medication to control heart rate. But it does not mean that you hv to take it for long.

In treating hyperthyroidism anti-thyroid drug/s are given for a period of 18 to 24 months. During this period thyroid hormones are periodically checked to see how the treatment...more

Increased heart rate can cause palpitations in hyperthyroidism. This can manifest as "heart flutters" these can be easily managed by treating the hyperthyroidism. Why don't you meet a physician or an endocrinologist?
