There is doubtful, are you a patient of hyperthyroidism or sybacute thyroditis.
Please recheck esr which might be more than 50 ,may go to 100. C-reactive level may also be elevated.
Patient initially hyperthyroid with low level of tsh and elevated t4. They sometimes become transiently hypothyroid with high tsh and low t4.
Please confirm exact diagnosis as treatment is important in both.

Your tsh is certainly not under control. I hope your doctor has done tests on thyroid antibodies. You must consult an endocrinologist or physician - internal medicine md and remain under his guidance for monitoring and review till tsh is brought around 2.5 to 4.5.

For hypothyroid regular tablets and thyroid profile test at least every 3 months to fix the dosage is necessary. For high bp you should keep a diary to record your bp regularly at least every week at the same time, preferably in the evening under proper conditions of no exercise, intake of tea, coffee etc for half an hour before recording. These recordings are to be show...more

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. Please understand hashimoto's thyroiditis (ht) is an autoimmune phenomenon, that causes hypothyroidism. There is no medication to cure or remove it. In majority of hypothyroidism patients the cause is ht. In any form of hypothyroidism only treatment is to take adequate dosage of levothyroxine and maintain tsh with in the specified range as well as t4 in the normal range. There is no specific treatment for ht. Further there is no...more
