Your BP at the moment is fine and there is no way to predict whether you may develop hypertension or not and neither are there any medication that can prevent it from happening. All that you can do is stay relaxed, eat healthy as advised by your gynae and dietitian, do relaxation exercises as advised by your gynae and keep in regular follow up so that just in case hypertension develops at any stage it can be identified at the earliest and treated timely.
