Dear sir
your fathers blood sugar is not controlled, and his lipids are alos out of range. His diabetic medication will need to be modified, probably by increasing the dose. He needs to reduce fats, increase fibre intake and get proper physicla exercise alsong with that to bring his levels to normal. Once sugar is controlled the gtriglycerides will also come down a bit. As for ldl, you have not mentioned the values, if these are high he will nee to start medication for that.

Hello sir,
you are very young to have dyslipidemia. This will be detrimental for long term health. But with proper diet, exercise and medications we can turn the tables. I need detail history of your lifestyle and food pattern. Would have to customise your treatment accordingly. Kindly connect for further consultation.

U can do the following-- stop smoking (if you smoke). Smoking lowers your hdl, (âgoodâ) cholesterol level. Change the way you eat. Low-fat, low-cholesterol eating benefits all your lipid levels.
Lose weight if necessary.
Maintain healthy lifestyle start exercising.
Nuts, such as almonds, pistachios, and walnuts, contain high amounts of unsaturated fat or âgoodâ fats, which increase high-density lipoprotein (hdl) and lower low-density lipoprotein (ldl).

Sir, rosuvastatin doesn't reduce triglycerides, this drug is for reducing ldl value. Detailed history and complete lipid profile needs to be seen to further comment on duration of treatment and as diabetic patients are more prone for dyslipidemia, statin might be started by the doctor.

Dear sir
it is commendable that you have managed to bring down your cholesterol levels by so much. Please continue with exercises and a low fat diet. Hdl can be increased by giving up smoking (if you do) and by cutting down on transfats like butter and fried /fast food.
Take care.
