problem in diet , least fast, junk , or fast food.slowly it harm your body, they r bad cholesterol. HDL is good cholesterol , increase this by using Good quality almond to soak at nigh n in breakfast peel them n chew it properly.slowly hdl increase so ldl, vldl start decreasing.

So two methods
one medicine
other diet control, lifestyle changes, excercise.
Medicine work till you take as you stop slowly increase.
Rosuvastatine10 or 20 one at night
had some bad experience who takes this as it's night medicine. Or some had nothing.
Better to consult a md physician as you need follow up.
