Reduce salt intake,
Avoid extra salt from diet,
do regular exercise, yoga, pranayam
take warm water for drinking,
keep watch on your weight,
take dinner early & in the half quantity of lunch,
Avoid late night works,
avoid over eating,
avoid preserved food, oily, spicy ,fast food, bakery food,
avoid tobacco, alcohol, smoking
After monitoring blood pressure then only you can stop medicines with all these measures strictly
